Thank you for this podcast! There is so much useful information, especially on the Magic Formula! I love how Dr. Monte kept it so simple! And my thoughts of walking have been completely changed. I love walking but thought it wasn't enough exercise! Thank you for educating me!

  • Thank you so much for this feedback! Yes, I've lost a total of 54 pounds now through eating healthier foods, counting my calories, and “WALKING!” I try to walk an hour each day about five days a week. It is GREAT exercise and keeps the blood pumping.
