First off...wanted to say how I love the podcast....keep up the great work! I found your conversation about running interesting. I was never a "runner". It never came naturally and I always found myself out of breath quickly (even though I am physically fit). However, it's a great way to raise the heart rate and burn calories! I thought I'd pass on what's worked for me. I put together a playlist of songs I liked that match my running pace (160 -170 beats per minute/bpm for me) and problem solved. I run to the beat of the music. The time passes by quickly and next thing I know I'm at the 3 mile marker....running! I've made a few playlists...some just running...a few interval...(one or two songs to run to...then walk one....etc.) I also have just a PowerWalk playlist. They say running/walking to a pace increases your endurance. Plus, you can always challenge yourself with a pace a little faster. You can download a free BPM counter from iTunes Apps... there are also a few free downloadable programs such as MixMiester that will analyze your music library. Good luck and keep up the good work...both for your podcast and your healthly living/weight loss.

I just listened to this last podcast and was wondering if Cliff will post his wife's meatloaf recipe. Sounds really good and I'm always looking for new, healthy things to cook. Cooking the same things every week gets pretty boring.

Thanks and love the show guys! Keep up the great work.
