Father Roderick also shared about a chicken health scare in the Netherlands. It turns out that new evidence from Dutch research indicates that eating chicken can cause resistance to antibiotics in humans. Non-organic chicken are often raised in a couple of weeks, living with no space, sitting on top of their own excrement. That’s why they get sick. Hence the antibiotics.
